1. Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original packaging with all parts and components intact.
- The product is not damaged due to careless handling.
- Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- The product was defective upon arrival.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if approved, officially acknowledged within this period.
