1. Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:

• The item is in its original packaging with all parts and components intact.
• The product is not damaged due to careless handling.
• Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before returning.
• The product was defective upon arrival.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if approved, officially acknowledged within this period.

🚨 Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

2. How can I return my order?
